The tune is an old Scottish song. There are other old Australian songs that use the same tune. I dare say there are American ones too.

@zefer14 Sorry, I added the comment from my other account and deleted it to add it from the right one, but you replied very quickly in the meantime!
For anyone else, I said "You might be confusing this with the other Lachlan Tigers clip I have up, which is from the 70s. None of the members in this video were in the Bushies in the 70s, the fashions are clearly 1980s and no one could call it soft!"
