Joining the "Hoopla" for the 2011-12 Gopher women's basketball team

The University of Minnesota Golden Gopher women's basketball team held their first public event on Sunday, Oct. 16 with Hoopla. Fans who attended watched the Gopher women hold practice, an intra-team scrimmage and a second scrimmage against the men's scout team. Following the drills, the players hosted a Q&A session to introduce themselves, and TSB Sports recorded the segment on video.

Rachel Banham highlights the freshmen class, while seniors Kiara Buford, Jackie Voigt, Brianna Mastey and Nicole Mastey prepare for their final season and the career path they will pursue after their academic phase ends.
