Paul Perez may very well be a very good pitcher but Diamond Jacks teams are not very good. They are not necessarily good players, baseball instruction is weak, they over-emphasize a hitting and a technique that does not work well with most kids - esp the average kid who is about 90 lbs or less. It's an over-priced money-making machine which has no interest in the welfare of the kids.
