WOW! forget the weight loss goal! This is a great machine to tone for sex!! LADIES, been out of the sex game? You will love getting back in shape for for sex play without cramps and discomfort. .Ignore the ignorant comments from people who don't need any help with exercise, have never tried it, just love to be rude on You Tube because they are anonymous, or who don't look outside the box commercials put them in.
