  • @jordancc1980 The problem is that our Govt does not want to end the War on Terror, it is too much of a money maker. It is all about the money, not lives. See dead bodies, think dollar signs.

  • Con't..... These Children are the children of our heroes! Men and women who have fought or who fight for this county. If anyone deserves health insurance these children do and it needs to be done now while so many family's are in the process of updateing the insurance policies because of the time of year.

  • Tricare and the Health Reform! Children up to the Age of 27 are now able to possibly be put on parents Health Insurance policyies due to the Health Reform. However, as we have been informed if it is Tricare you are looking at putting these children back on you are not able to because of the way Tricare was written; so we are told.

  • Sir, this is ABSOLUTELY my last question. You give me $100M, and I'll end the war on terror in 8 months ... ok, I'll tell you how to do it for free.

Thirty-six T-12 Cloudmakers, sir, and twelve C-5M Super Galaxies bombing campaign.

#1 - Retrofit the C-5M to house / store three T-12s in the cargo bay.

#2 - Retrofit the T-12 with JDAM INS/GPS and parachutes that deploy / pull the T-12 out the C-5M, but break off due to its weight. GPS/INS guides it to penetrate deep into caves / mountains.

  • I am a San Diego Navy vet - 8 years. Signed on as ET Nuke - should of done the academy. Probably my biggest regret in life.

One more question, sir, if I may. I understand we have a budget crisis. I also believe in absolute military dominance. HOWEVER, I agree with SecDef on slashing the F22 program FOR NOW. They are excessive / exotic technologies. Why not slash the Gerald Ford carrier class FOR NOW? Or Virginia class SSN's FOR NOW? Ship-based lasers?? Reinstate when the economy recovers.

  • Admiral, First and foremost - God Bless. You have one of the most difficult jobs in the world. I also hear you can bench almost 300lbs !! HOLY NAVY !! My question to you, sir, concerns N. Korea. From what I have read, 46 S. Korean sailors are dead, due to supposed N. Korean sub attack. Now DPRK has lived with sanctions - so imposing more won't change much. In your opinion - Not Pres. O. or SecDef - is military response wise, with China possibly supporting them? Korean War part II ?

  • Please we need to stop DADT and we need to stop the War! Why are we killing our children for those who want our help with aid, not WAR!

  • Sir,

We pledge all about working jointly with our sister services. yet we have wasted MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars developing uniforms for each service... The army is getting new uniforms... again. the Air Force has a set of uniforms only for deployments?

This is a shining example of fraud waste and abuse. Instead of cutting personnel despite a rising ops tempo to save money. Why don't we all have ONE uniform?
