I don't understand what the person holding the camera is laughing about. These two protesters were released with out charges after declaring that they are Sovereign Beings. Not subject to a unjust and corrupt system.

One is a Scholar of Constitutional law and American jurisprudence.Having won several court cases assisting the less fortunate free of charge,countless hours of dusty law libraries looking to find the keys to set precedent in court, providing remedy for you and all those who crave freedom.
