"Loyal Bushies" was a term they used to describe those that "promote the president's policies and priorities" of politicizing US attorney prosecutions. His mention of Project Safe Neighborhoods is the first time that program has ever been spoken of by this administration, and is a part of their constantly evolving list of excuses to explain away their illegitimate actions.
