the only person that I believe has a built motor is the one posting the vid. everyone else is full of it. if you got it, post it. if not, shut up and appreciate a well built small block! lol

Went with Brodix IK200's,Brodix intake(matched to heads),Comp Hyd.Roller(XR276) MSD Pro Billet/6AL,and a 770 Street Avenger. Of course, line honed, decked and bored with torque plates.
Eagle steel crank(3.75)eagle rods(5.7),Clevite77 bearings, balanced. Runs great!!! Put it in my 1800 LB. T-Roadster. Leaves big block bikes at the line. Fast and dangerous. LOL

talkin smak. what chu got??? never lost .... . . . . . sounds good.Everyone thinks I got a big block.who needs em. never lost to a bb. never will. built means built. if you build it right then you bilt it right. You bilt it right.

Torque is a hp multiplier, without torque, our vehicles would go nowhere, torque IS what breaks the tires loose, and pulls us up hills. when you feel a car "pull" you are feeling the effects of torque, not horse power. A common misconception.

You guys don't understand the term rod/stroke
ROD X STROKE not bore vs. stroke.
A stock 406 rod is 5.58" unlike the stock 5.7" in 302, 327, 350 and so on. That is a terrible rod stroke combo. BTW a 406 isn't limited on rpm based on the 3.75" stroke alone, it has a lot to do with heads and cam, they spin 600" motors up to 8k, your logic is skewed at best.

i know i messed up. what i meant was big bore shorter stroke. but why have a bigger stroke and smaller bore? the only reason you would want that is if your pulling something or offroading. if you want to race, you deffinatly don't want to go to far with the stroke.
-
hmmm i think you been lessing to the wrong people. the bore does not change the rod/stroke ratio, that right tells me everything i need to know, and yes it is a torquie engine that doesn't like high rpm's

hmmm, that's not what racers or dragers would tell you. gots a big bore shorter stroke. makes peak power higher in the power band. that's what you need for racing. it's not quite your tug a stump out of the engine kind of engine.
WAT LIFT OF CAM
600 OF LIFT O MORE
.600 lift CompCams solid roller
Motown block too but AFR195 heads, 6" rod, Wiseco 9.5:1 forged pistons, Crane 118581 solid roller cam on a reduced .900 base circle. Using a rev kit too as theyre getting a good rap for street durability issues.
This combo uses a "good" stock 2 bolt block, filled and fully studded. 4340 crank and 6" 4340 rods. CNC AFR 210 heads with radius valve job, blended bowls, they were shaved
.100ish to get around 12.3compression...admitted a bit high for a true "street" engine but WTF! Crane "gold" rockers with girdle. Custom grind soild roller Comp Cams.
A Holley HP 850 carb with Super
Victor manifold with $400 bucks worth of massaging, 1" spacer. MSD billet dist, Moroso pan. Pro built with honest dyno.
