13 billion carrier bags are given out every year in the UK with a market estimate of £1 billion. Governmental pressure has seen the number of supermarkets charging for bags having increased in the past 12 months with strong media attention on recycling and the reuse of carriers amongst consumers. From research conducted, results showed that consumers have a tendency to forget carriers as quite simply, there is no convenient way to carrier them.
Our product, Pak-It-In is designed to help with these global issues and give consumers the tools to encourage recycle by reuse.
Pak-It-In is an innovative, portable, handy modular pod which is small, convenient and easy to use. Its unique concept allows consumers to decide on the number of bags they want to carry at any one time and to do this in a compact way.
In addition to the original recycle by reuse concept, the modular pod can be used with any number of fillers from miniature cosmetic items to feminine hygiene items as well as stationery. This expands the use of our pod and opens the doors to many other industry sectors globally.
Not only does our product have environmental appeal but we have designed it in eye catching colours and believe that the style and purpose of the product will have a very broad appeal. The Pak-It-In pod can be branded giving on the street visibility for maximum advertising impact.
A complete pod consists of three pieces, the top lid, the main pod and base lids. By combining the top lid and base lid, this forms a smaller storage unit which we have named Mini Mate. The Mini Mate can be used to store loose change or medicine (capsules/ tablets). Mini Mate can also be branded.
At a time when miniature sells we feel our small portable pod will promote your business and generate new sales.
why on earth would i want to reduce plastic usage by buying MOOOOOORE plastic???????????
this is not funny mate , this is parasite commerce, wich actually makes things worse on a bigger scale.imho this is just another product i really don't need. I keep my bags from supermarkets in a drawer then use them as garbage bags , to not buy more.
i mean for all those things you put in your paki tin we allready have places we allready store.

You have a valid point iisus99. In the UK, particularly London, councils have given wheelie bins (which are also made from plastic) to homes to recycle their plastic waste. My concept is similar Recycle by reuse. It is the most economical material to use to recycle in addition to its light weight and durable properties.Unlike bags for life, the Pak-It-In pod is the smallest product on the market and allows one to carry bags in a discreet way.
