WWF and Allianz have published the G8 Climate Scorecards 2009, an overview of how the G8 countries and 5 emerging countries are addressing the issue of climate change. More info at http://knowledge.allianz.com/en/globalissues/climate_change/top_climate_stori...
Note: France relies heavily on nuclear power. Because of the environmental and security concerns, the WWF does not consider electricity generated by nuclear power a sustainable option. The study thus scores it as if it was generated by the cleanest fossil fuel, natural gas. This affects France and Japan. Without the adjustment France would rank first with Germany, Japans ranking would not change.
Doesn't matter! U and nuclear fission are toxic. Molecular nuclear fusion from water is non toxic, is how nature does it, and si free. To talk about U, is to be brain dead.

Where you getting your info on uranium running out? From Storm van der Leeuwen, who works for the genocidal Club of Rome?

U runs out in 2030, if nuclear power has not killed us first. Oil always finds 100 years supply to go at.

Man made 'climate change' is PR from nuclear power, fro the guys who want to die, and take us with them. Molecular nuclear fusion gets energy from water, produicing only aa whiff of He. Safe, clean and cheap. And no death.

I'd rather take my chances with nuclear waste than risk a Malthusian catastrophe when the fossil fuels run out. Nuclear fuels (uranium and thorium) will last for as long as the sun is on the main sequence, if breeder reactors are used.

Nuclear fission is toxic death.

You don't need to invoke the spectre of man-made climate change to support nuclear power.
What about stopping noxious air pollution (from coal) or preventing Gazprom or the House of Saud from becoming dangerously powerful?
Wouldn't synthetic liquid fuels made using nuclear energy consign oil wars to the ash-heap of history where they belong?

'Global Warming' & 'Climate Change' are fatal fiction from nuclear power. Who no doubt pay you some money.

I am deeply disappointed in Allianz and WWF with these scorecards since they have been manipulated to fit their hostile attitude towards nuclear power. The video claims that nuclear power "spoil [the] good figures". In fact WWF and Allianz instead arbitrarilly *changed* the figures to a value that was 400% of the actual value. For Sweden they upped the figures to 450% of actual value.
If WWF and Allianz cannot defend their stance without distorting data, why are they keeping it?
