Everything is moving nicely. Picked a little too heavy of a top squat set but I stopped at two to stay in the proper RPE range, lowered the weight and still got a triple PR.

Sumo deadlifts went much better. Grip seemed to be vice-like today as well. I watched a sumo deadlift recently and really learned some big errors in my form. Big improvement in form and weight moved today.

Today workout had 10 sets of squats (5 with wraps) (5 olympic highbar) and 5 sets of deadlifts. Very tired.

  • @JuSeo91 Thanks! You can't even see it all. 33' long, 2 dumbbell racks behind the camera with mirrors wrapped all the way around and a cardio section around the corner. I will make a video eventually to give a better perspective than just the squat videos. Thanks again.

  • Not to sound like one of those form jerks out there but aren't you bending your back a lot? It kinda looks like a squat/goodmorning...Just worried about your back mate!

    Though you seem like a tall guy and I understand how hard it is to keep your back relatively perpendicular when you go deep. I am tall and I have the same problems and I don't lift half as much weight as you.

    Keep up the good work with the pushing!

  • @jlinteris Hahaha, sorry for all the confusion. I sometimes do military presses to the eye level or mouth level, depending on how my shoulders feel.. so why not split the difference and do the Ear press?!

  • @A550RGY LOL. I even thought about it today.... "what the fuck is an ear press". I was thinking military press while starting at your ear level and I thought some other wierd shit. Good to know you were kidding. haha

  • im so pumped for tomorrow man. ive never benched 100s on incline db press before. everytime you hit 100s on an excerscise it is an epic day, im hoping for 4 reps,that would b insane,maybe im closer to a 225 incline press what do you think?
