2. To challenge the validity of; try to discredit: impeach a witness's credibility.

@loomis022 I got some bad news....Paul ain't even getting the nomination, and....if he runs as an independent, the Republican vote would be so split from that, both him and the Republican would lose...by higher margins.

@Gameplayer77 Lets see, Obama one by a 3 to 1 margin, while Bush one Florida by the skin of his teeth, and narrowly averts a recount in the same state his brother is governor in, and then the conservative supreme court judges strike down Al Gore's request for a recount. Yes totally looks fishy on Obama's part, not the guy who wanted to stop PBS from publishing words he couldn't pronounce.
