Jeff Belanger, author, lecturer, and explorer of the unexplained takes you to the Old West, to Tombstone, Arizona, where you'll stroll down historic Allen Street from the O.K. Coral to the haunted Birdcage Theatre with a stop at Big Nose Kate's saloon to hear about the ghostly legend of "The Swamper." You'll hear from parapsychologist Loyd Auerbach, you'll see an unusual photo that may contain an apparition, and you'll hear a disembodied voice on one paranormal investigator's audio recording. Produced by Andy White.

  • The "face" in the hearse at about 4:00 is obviously a contemporary man in a black shirt. The flash just reflected his image in the glass.

I've been to the Bird Cage & it's cool & I believe it could be haunted, but that image is certainly not a ghost!

  • I heard jeff is michelles brother..why do they say their last names differently?

  • The real ghosts are the thousands of tourists who do not flock there anymore! lol

With high unemployment, gas prices, the avg. traveler is not going to places like this much anymore. The Tourist is the real Ghost!

Nice try with paranormal stuff. Does not give me reason to go there.

Maybe Wally World has ghosts now too? Go ask Chevy Chase! lol

  • Total misinformation on Big Nose Kate. There was a prostitute called Big Nose. This was another woman.

Kate did have a boarding house outside of the area. It was not what was called a "Sporting House"

This guy followed the same old tourist stories fed to the public. Some research would have provided some valid claim to his stories.

Just another money grabbing hack for TV.

  • i like going there when its all rainy and cloudy. Very fun:)

  • How could 'BIg Nose Kate' be the first prostitute in Tombstone when Tombstone was already underway? A 'reflection' in the glass of the hearst? I got news, at an angle anyone looking at a pane of glass will give off a reflection. How come you that claim this stuff never take your data to say; SKEPTICS or SKEPTICAL INQUIRER?

Scientists do not run around 'proving' what they think is the 'answer' but trying to disprove their ideas---been to Tombstone---

  • @Pinkspiderable my boyfriend and i did some of our own investegating while we were in the birdcage, we caught many things we believed to be paranormal. i would love to talk with another person so passionate about these things and hear your stories.

  • we've got foood:)

  • I'll bet everything I own once the sucker tourists stop spending money there the "ghosts" would vanish right along with the money.

  • he probably gets tired of telling people but who knows

  • have seen and caught many things on camera when I visited. It's an incredible place. The saying is, if the town likes you there's no getting away, and I have love that place since I first stepped foot on the grounds. I am hooked...planning another trip soon.
