@FredMayX2 You're welcome! :)

@Joaoccna what does the router say when you try to assign the privilege level 15? I would check what level your current user has also. Run a 'show privilege' command to find out

why is that when i use ciscos packet tracer and i ping an end device in a different network which i have created for the first time it say "destination host not reachable" and then when i ping it a second time it starts receiving replies from the end device. Now , is that normal on all cisco's routers,switches etc.? or is it ciscos packet tracer itself? thanks!

@sagetajr Without seeing the config itself, I would guess that it's something to do with PT. It's common to lose one ping packet when pinging a destination for the first time, but not to see that message. Again, that's without seeing the config. :) If you want to post the config on the Discussions page of my Facebook Fan Page, we can likely figure it out there. I have some experienced PT users that can contribute there as well. Thanks for watching! - Chris B.
