  • I got my first 5 gal in the carboy now. What type of yeast and juice did you use?

  • @madmounts Was REALLY good. To behonest, whatever yeast is fresh at the local store (use common sense, don't go for beer yeasts) and the cheapest 100% apple juice I can find.

  • How long did yours take before it started bubbling? I pitched the yeast last night and mine isn't bubbling yet. It's in a 63 degree closet.

  • Give it a few days at the very least. Depends on many factors
