what time of day was this?
I know anythings possible in LA (i live there) but the guy is all dressed up kind of and wearing a backpack and at first I thought it was early morning but then i saw the background when you turned the camera to the right and it looks pretty bright (but its california...its that sunny sometimes in the early morning..haha)
