This is a contest entry into Ryngpop's 250 Subscribers Nail Art Contest. The contest theme is "GIRLY" -- really enjoyed doing this theme because being a "GIRL" is just naturally a FUN thing to be. :)

Making this design gave me a chance to play with my NAIL DECO stash: from flower fimo, glitter, rhinestones, pearls & heart spangles. What a joy to bust out the BLING! LOL...
