Finally Kong returns to the Universal Studios Hollywood Studio Tour after the devastating fire in 2008 which burned down the original animatronic Kong experience.This King Kong experience is unbelievable! Filmed on 6/26/10 during soft opening / technical rehearsals before the 7/1/10 grand opening with a Sony HDR-CX550v HD camcorder. We went through the building twice, and you get a rare view of the inside of the building with the lights on after it didn't work the first time. Our tour guide wanted us to experience it, so we went through it again and it worked and it was UNBELIEVABLE! You really have to experience it live to get the full effect and feel all the excitiment! King Kong 360 3D, created by Peter Jackson, features the latest in digital technology, featuting a giant soundstage with seamless 360 projection screens, 3D High Def projections at 60fps, water, sound, smell, and wind effects, and a hyrdaulic platform system that rocks the tram, all while you have an epic enounter and battle between huge T-rex, V-rex and raptor dinosaurs, huge spiders, bats, Skull Island's jungle and King Kong himself!
