I downloaded mReplay Broadcast and selected "Streaming video" just like I showed in the video.

Spent hours trying to get this work last night with no luck. I got mreplay to see the slingplayer window but ustream wouldn't pick up the mreplay virtual webcam. If I switched the source to the actual webcam that worked just fine.
