June 3, 2009: Mike is focusing on his goal of a bodyweight squat (220 lbs.), and he is on the fast track to do just that. He shows near-perfect form here, as he makes 200 lbs. look ridiculously easy. Mike has come a LONG way in 3 months, and he is hopelessly addicted to the need for more weight on the bar. He is training with Greg Baxter and Mark Menslage. Mark is the spotter, here.

No offense, but his form wasn't the best as you say in the description. His back leans forward a lot and instead of using the hips all the way through, he brings his chest up. The reason I know this is I have been going through the same problems. Nobody's perfect, but there's room for getting better.
