1) Occupy has not collapsed. It was driven from Liberty Park in NYC by armed force at the wee hours of the night. People are still there, and spread all around the world. Occupy has mobilized tons more people than the Tea Party ever did, without a 'personality' to guide it.

2) This country is a Constitutional Republic, with an element, at the local level, of democracy. This proposal is anti-Constitutional and anti-Republic.
