http://www.custom-choppers-guide.com In this Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle maintenance video you'll learn how about collapse clutch cable adjuster, how to adjust clutch, install drain plug, primary chain adjustment, replace gaskets and install covers and fluids. The full length DVD shows you everything you need to know to fire your Harley Davidson mechanic and save money maintaining your own Sporty. I think an oil change is part of this video but not sure. Available on our website.
According to my research 75W90 grade oil one should be using for transmission especially in regions where the weather is warm and 20W50 for cold regions of the world. 75W90 being more viscous, it thins down less when the engine temperature goes up which results in smooth gear changing and less heating.

When you use a thread lubricant like anti seize, you lower the friction created by the threads. If you torque the bolts to manufacturer specs, than you end up over tightening the bolts. The bolt threads get damaged when people either cross thread or over tighten the bolts. Some manufacturers will give torques specs to use when using a lubricant like anti seize, but I don't think Harley Davidson does, and I don't believe they recommend using anti seize.

@nabeelwali Do a search online for Harley Transmission Oil. My HD manual for the Road Glide doesn't mention an alternative transmission fluid, but I found some websites online that gives suggestions. Also look at the Amsoil website. They have a look-up app you can use for your make/model motorcycle. I think they recommend using their 20W-50 synthetic oil in the engine, primary and transmission.

Could you please tell me what is the alternate transmission lubricant instead of Harley Davidson Syn3? I live in a country where HD doesn't have any outlets. Also what would be the transmission oil grade for a very hot country? Thank you.

@IronFox102 thanks for you videos, expanding on the retightening of the clutch cable, how do you where to return it too? Do you just tighten it until you remove all the slack?

@Trackerdogslover10
I realize your post is 4 months old, but to re-tighten the cable you do the opposite of what you did to loosen it. You spin the really long nut back down to where it was and bring the set- nut back down with it and tighten them back together where they started.

Thanks' for posting these videos! Always easier to understand something when you can watch somebody actually doing it.
