Thank you, Lorilee! I'm a veteran knitter, left-handed, self-taught from books, and the cable cast on is my default. I have struggled and failed many times to learn the long-tail cast on, and now I have -- thanks to you! Whole new worlds have opened to me now! You are a fine and patient teacher!
