  • omg that is Blake griffin ,he's so small

  • @vladanation yeah there would only be three

  • Hakeem didnt have any1 till Drexler adn Horry ( one of the best in this particular field ever ) came aboard, remember that Sampson was out after just 3-4 seasons due to injury... Jabbar was in the bucks with Big O, @ LAL he had Magic and Worthy aka BIG GAME JAMES... that nick is there with a reason, so LAL had a variety of options... Robinson was the only able player in SAS till Duncan got drafted, Del Negro, Elliot, AJ were decent players but not even close to being allstars unlike Manu & Tony.

  • @vladanation well when Hakeem was the best and man o his team he never gave the ball up in clutch, David Robinson never gave ball up in clutch, Tim Duncan did not give up the ball in clutch until his late career, kareem was a aman to go to in clutch, and so on, so it's not as obvious as you make it out to be.

  • @Rustaveli2k7 That is kinda obvious since when its clutch time u look for PG/SG and evenutally SFs like Horry/Worthy/Stojakovic... Centers are not exactly known for their clutch performances, especially from longer range... I still remember Ewings miss vs Indiana, he drove the lane but he couldnt deliver, and it was his team. What i wanted to say is that Shaq was already with one foot in HoF when he went from Magic to LAL, while bulls didnt trade for future HoFers, they lookd for role players...

  • @vladanation shaq was branded most dominant because of his ability to win championships while having a good stats in FG% and rebounds, but if you pay attention even in the beginning, when it was time to win players would find Kobe not shaq because they knew Kobe would deliver and he did Kobe would also best defending SG at his position so to me Kobe was every bit as important as shaq, but he was the real leader of the team on and off the court, before shaq won rings was he dominant?

  • @Rustaveli2k7 I never viewed it as Shaqs team, that's what Media kept pushing and surely that's what coaches were pushing, but on the court things looked different, leader of the team does not give the ball up in clutch to another player, leader of the team comes in first in GYm and leaves last, both of these which Shaq was not capable of doing, this is why players knew right away that Kobe was the leader, that's why Shaq could not handle it and asked for trade.

  • @vladanation nope, sorry.

first of all Shaq was not dominant, dominant players do not shoot 50% from FT because they can be hacked at the end of the game so they are a very big liability, meaning they have no clutchness because they will give the ball up in clutch and are too afraid to have game winning possession because of their inability to shoot FT's, so Shaq needed another star to do the dirty work in clutch, and that is Kobe bryant who was the real leader of the team.

  • @Rustaveli2k7 yea, but u have to take this in to consideration, Kobe took his 1st 3 titles with the most dominant player of post MJ era, Shaq... He did play good, but LAL was Shaqs team at that time, next two he took with Pau, Oddom and co. but yea if there was no Kobe there would be no +5 titles for LAL in that period thats for sure. Thing is, when Mike came on the scene, he was just light years ahead of every1 else, while Kobe was just another "next Mike", alongside Penny, T-mac, G. Hill...

  • @vladanation well I certainly do not disagree with you, but Just like you give credit to Jordan for making his team better, same goes for Kobe.
