  • Hi Rebecca! I really love your work and your videos. I try breathing with my belly, but my self-consciousness won't let me do that in public, for fear of pushing out my belly and looking "bad". Any suggestions you can think of? Thank you so much

  • @MrTheLionKing86 Perfect tming! I'm just now in the process of creating a new series of "Breakthrough Breathing" videos ... the first one should be out by Monday, so check back for more exercises on changing your breath with speech!

  • my rubber band broke and it hit my eye and it was bleeding wat do i do

  • @YourMinecraftNeeds Stop pointing bands at your eye and see a doctor.

  • When I speak to people with my hand in front of my mouth to test my breathing, people look at me funny. Is this not normal in America? I feel foolish now.

  • @lupowins right ...

  • How can one open his/her mouth wide with more air flow for clearer speech articulation without spraying listener? To alleviate my problem with spraying while talking, I had to hold a marble in my mouth while practice English which consequently will reduce the mouth opening. Moreover, English has lots of ZZZ words as opposed to other languages especially the ones from South East Asia, and the ZZZ sound is the main culprit!
