Sounds crazy but the government could only use so many humans for experimenting and im sure its pretty ilegal to use prisoners, soldiers, bums and what not and cattle is found everywhere and could be taken easily for experimenting on without us knowing, but no farmer or anyone has ever put a camera out at night to see helicopters or anything its kinda strange since it always happens in the same areas...
