Look in the dictionary under Pandering and Hillary is in there.
She spends a lot of time criticising a certain current president for doing what he wants even though everyone things he's wrong. Gas tax holiday is universally panned as a bad idea.

Clinton is a total pandering sellout.. the gas tax holiday is a HORRIBle idea- oil companies will just raise prices to make up the difference, and we wont' have money to fix the crumbling roads. would you rather give $30 to Exxon, or to the road crews fixing the roads? Clinton and McCain are pandering for votes on a short term political gain- without consideration for long term consequences.
