I don't know what field of study you are from. I was wondering If you can tell me why my head hurts so bad. When I get these pains they are in my Eyes, Ears, and the base of my brain*but is mostly pressure* on the inside and sharp stabbing pains on the outside of my eyes. They say I have migraines but I honestly think there is something more going on. Can you offer any help?

Would the heightened tenderness/tension, usually on the right, be related to right-handedness? I experience more tenderness/tension on the left and am left-handed.
