fraternities are excutionary and classist. supposedly, for people who are "better" than others. all you have to show for it is that you are connected. it's like some sort of post-aristocracy or nobility. i don't see any point to them at all.

@fede2 a god damn independent. being in a fraternity is about dressing professional, enjoying life, maintaining social skills, getting involved, attending chapter and conferences, and making friendships in college, plus more. it is a great lifestyle...

not true...depends where you go....i'm in a sorority and we do a lot of charity work for sick children with cancer...and there was no hazing involved...if there was hazing, i would have left
