  • In Kentucky, these guys would be headed to jail themselves. "Bail Enforcement Agents" are NOT allowed to operate. They must ask the local sheriff to serve the warrant and make the arrest.

  • this is not real- look at the beginning of the "entry", they both kick at the same time- I am a fugitive agent and have made entry many times- never have I kicked with somebody- B.S.

  • jaded you could do virtually whatever the fuck you wanted. Assuming your skip was a 2nd class citizen, and most where. We never found any reason to have to do an entry though, as long as we could contain a fugitive in the house until pd arrived. If they stayed, PD got to do our work. If they ran, we got to take them down outside of their environment, away from their support, similarity, weapons. (You would have to pay me a lot to try to hook someone up in their own kitchen.

  • I'm in Texas. I'm almost positive you can't forcibly enter someones home, there are exemptions for fresh pursuit and what not though. We always went out with the owner, so it was mostly his show. The biggest problem was perception and liability though. The jurisdiction and the PD mostly dictated what we could and couldn't do. Some areas the cops would fuck with you on every technicality they could find(or make up), and in other areas the cops were so resentful of the residents and
