Male adult Lammergeier (18 yrs.old), flying around, carrying a small bone. French Alps, 20 miles from Geneva. With a wingspan of 9 ft.4 (2,80 m) these birds are much larger than Golden Eagles.

  • @StormBlackJaguar Though some people may not think so, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all! I definately think they are beautiful animals - especially the Lammergeier, the Himalayan Vulture, and Eurasian "Cinereous" Vulture.

  • @ThePhantomThylacine I don't think there's such thing as an ugly vulture. Especially lammergeiers.
