Required Time-1:20 Tips- 1) Make sure you have at least 30 rings by the time you get off the downhill bit. Given practice you can easily double that though 2) Note that your location doesn't matter, just your time so if it's faster to move onto further parts of the level for you, go ahead and do that 3) Take the left fork at the bit where you start walking, you'll get 26 rings assuming you get all of them compared to the 16 you'd get from the lighdash 4) If you haven't already reached the 100 by this point, try to grab the magnetic shield down the street off the ramp as it'll give you a rather healthy amount of rings
Overall this is a pretty easy 100 rings mission, but for those of you thank struggle at the downhill bits may need to practice this one a little bit.
