@doomsday1216 People tend to under-politicize this band. They're talking about both. It should be obvious. The producer is being juxtaposed against the politician.

Mark Foley is a producer in Cardiff. He's at every gig they do there. Which is always amusing. 'Is that Foley?' 'Yeah' 'Get close to him for Manchasm, it'll be like they're singing it to us.'

@doomsday1216 Well, they're not an American band so it's somewhat unlikely that they'd know about that Mark Foley without being very interested in US politics.
