Miami Beach Memorial Day Police Shootings

While covering the shooting death of local bad guy, a second police shooting occurred a block away from where I was standing. While walking away from the scene, a cop yanked the camera off my shoulder and impounded it for about three minutes.

Apparently there was no department policy saying he wasn't allowed to do so. There is now.
