A fallen soldier has paid the price for our freedom, but the loved ones and family must carry on.

  • I'm a Commando for the Australian Army. I respect every single soldier I meet. I shake their hand, I see them smile, I also see them fall in battle. My best friend, a guy I knew for 18 years and graduated SF training with, died next to me last year after an IED attack. It's all good and well talking about it from your comfortable home, but very few people will understand the feeling of looking next to you and seeing your dead friends face. Shut the fuck up, keyboard heroes.

  • Thanks to those who have given all for our freedom....As we think " sales" and " barbecues"...some have given their lives to protect our freedom. Thanks to PFC Michael Williams USMC ! Thanks to Paul Douglas Wright..and many others...who have seen our fallen , sacrificed, and still give to protect us. Thanks to the many veterans who really understand what we civilians never will. God bless you all.

    FROM Germany

  • I hate all those call of duty players that think they caan kill every single Asian, Black, Afghanistanian, ETC but for real every solider has a 45% chance of coming home if you think your that person fuck you

  • Humans killing Humans

  • Was looking for some tributes for my heart and soul. Saw the comments and could scarcely believe that anyone had paused to complain and criticize yet couldn't be bothered to check their spelling and grammar. I believe the correct word was "ceased," and not "seized." And point of order, the exact year was not referenced at all. I believe the sentiment ought to have read, "may I ASK you in which year..." as the date was never offered in the post.

  • @boredomwillkillme I live in the USA, but I want to thank you for your service. Every soldier deserves to hear that from time to time. I cant even begin to think about the things they go through. Even though you are on the other side of the world, you still risk your life for your people... Thank you.

  • @tahpwner may i remind you in which year segregation seized to exist in the US? yet you talk about equal rights.

  • @boredomwillkillme Respect
