Me and my children enjoy watching the Tunisian videos which show of the culture. Also im married to a Tunisan man, and our children need to see this part of their culture. We live in Canada and its great to post such videos as this, so we can get the sense of being there in Tunisia. Thank You Ya Te Saha

I wonder who has some hatred against Tunisian? Someone 9who is Tunisian maybe?) must have upset you BIG TIME to make you despise Tunisians. What's with this "not a single man can be found in Tunisia" ? Are you looking for men in Tunisia?

what's the name of this song?

"Ez-zitouna" pertaining to the brown skinned girl (not "olive"). Rhythm is Fazzani (8/8) similar to Mid-Eastern maqsoum.

Thanks! I started my Tunisian folkloric trainingwith Ms Leila Haddad (France). She is a favorite instructor at Rakkasah (US). My Tunisian husband comes from a family of performers and he corrects ALL my moves. Also understanding the rhythm is important. I also have training in Caribbean & West African styles. Some Tunisian rhythms like Maroc & other African rhythms can be 6/8, so the feeling & timing is different from Mid-Eastern style...So my West African training is really useful!
