I kinda see myself on this vid!
I got my license by late 2005 and remember how the broker used to brain washed us in order to prospect.
good thing I got to closed few transactions in my first 2 years.
now i look back and think how funny were all the things i did prospecting.
it wasn't kinda worthy renewing the license tho.
