@Trigunflame if he eats 95 lean 5 fat steak its not bad. you need fat in your diet. potatoes are good if you use an alternative to table salt, butter, sour cream etc. pancakes themselves have roughly 300 calories (less depending on the size), less than grams of fat and 8-10 grams of protein and the daily value is 50g protein. they are only bad when you cover them in butter and syrup. this man is the greatest basketball player to date i think he knows his way around the kitchen. no disrespect.
