why would an army invade countryside, attacking cities, destroying schools, bazooka-ing schoolbus... what is the tactical advantage in that? seriously hollywood...

For everyone talking about in our time is from when america was officially a country and that was in 1776 we have our centennial every 76th year idiots pick up a fucking history book and stop talking stuff about america

For the record, I hate all the shit talking about America that I hear from people my age. I'm 23 and bleed red, white and blue. It's really a disgrace how everyone just seems to have lost their pride

Its time for a straight-thinking comment here, to much bullshit! First of all, this is a movie, a great one btw, it has to be entertaining, not realistic! And second, a lot of you young fools are not proud to be american! If you dont like this country, get the fuck out! And third: "I would never invade the United States, there would be a gun behind every blade of grass" - Isoroku Yamamoto! End of the fuckin story!

@jetstream601 Okay so then I stand by what I said. That's a pathetic claim, 90% of countries in the world can say no one has occupied their soil in "our time". So why even put it? I'm bored of getting comments on this so this is that last thing i'll put :l. Also why would they invade Colorado? They'd establish a beachhead along the west coast. MW3 or whatever one it is where they invade the east coast is pretty retarded too, maybe people need to spend sometime looking at a world map.

@itsabattleship we are talking about modern times! not no 200 years ago crap when the country was still trying to establish itself!

LOL this movie is a joke. USSR was spent as a force by the time this was made due to Afghanistan and they wouldn't have done a conventional invasion at any time anyway.
No foreign army? You sure? 1812?
