  • at 34:50 you stated that you need good core control to have a good developpe- do you obtain this through the normal stomach strengthening exercises such as sit-ups and crunches?

  • @princess52316 - Hi there :) No... Unfortunately those normal stomach exercises dont train the deep muscles that we need for real core control - We use special, very subtle, training exercises for tiny muscles in your back, pelvic floor and deep abdominals to get the appropriate strength. Normal situps train all of the outer muscles that are needed for movement, not the deep stabilizing muscles. We have a special Core Stability for Dancers to teach this :)

  • does your front splits fast programme work on foot flexibility aswell or just your joints and muscles, etc? thanks a lot! :)

  • The hip release video does not work on your website.

What routine can i use to open up for center splits? I didn't quite follow that...

  • You are so correct about once you start 'cracking your back, you'll tend to crack more.' I went to a holistic chiropractor for year or so and although he did amazing working releasing tension and along with the exercises, leveling out my shoulders and hips- I have to crack my back and neck so much more than than ever before. Even a deep breath will crack my mid/upper thoracic vertebrae. It doesn't hurt but I do feel TIGHT if I don't do it. Any suggestions?

  • Thank you so much for your wonderful work!

  • thank u so much for posting the webinar! I tried to listen but it didnt come out clear and I had dance later so missed all of it :(
