♥♥Tutorial♥♥ House of Night Inspired Look (Smokey Purple Eye + Tattoo Markings)

Hey there!!
This is my entry for Mocahantas1's Fantasy Makeup Contest.
We are supposed to choose our favorite FANTASY movie, book, art, etc and turn it into a fun creative look.
So, im currently reading House of Night, Betrayed.
I really loved the authors' ideas of vampires.
Its different from the usual ghouly creatures, and also different compared to Twilight's version of vamps.

In the book, a vampire is portrayed as beautiful creature.
They are almost like human, but hundredth times more beaitiful.
Every vamps are identified with a crescent moon on their forehead.
The full grown, adult vamps would have additions of tattoo decorating their crescent and each tattoos are different, referring to the vamps' special abilities.

So, this is my version of it.

thanks for the lovely comment. it was easy doing the first half, since i just go with the flow and do whatever fits my forehead.. but copying to the other side is a bit tricky, so it took me a lot more time on that one. over all i would say bout 30-40minutes just for the markings, making sure everything is symmetrical and balanced..

burned also comes out in april for me im counting the days ugh why must they tell us like 5 months before hand it keeps me on the edge!!! also love your makup well done you!!!!

I love this books too, you look amazing, you are really good at this.

I dressed myself up as a house of night character for halloween but it was no where NEAR as good as yours!

One thing though, a tip for next time... The colour for the tattoo in the books is either red or sapphire blue not teal
