umm, is this $15 a month in literal currency conversions or $15 a month in real terms (does 1 loaf of bread cost the equivelant of $1)

hey. some items like rice, beans, bread is very inexpensive but meat or other items are priced as in the west. Most things produced in Cuba is less expensive, but all imported items are very expensive. Yes $15 literal currency! Today, might be better, but not much. Most people comply, best people run away. Life goes on, singing the praises of a sick, very sick dictator. Hope is never lost: CUBA will be free.

@rheaann420 Yes, the EMBARGO is dead wrong. It never worked, not in Iraq or Cuba. I feel Obama is intelligent enough to change all the ills we still live with. Free Cuba from Communist Dictators and from USA Embargo. Than Cuba will be Cuba..... Best to you, Adam
