This is the second challenge for the April 2011 Gish competition. The objective was to beat the level in under seven minutes with a score of 20,000 or higher. I beat the map in just under three minutes (or 3:54 if going by the in-game timer which counts faster). My final score was 20,890 and I reached the end with 3 health to spare! Figuring out all of the paths for points was difficult by itself; trying to actually complete the map without dying in any number of ways was terribly stressful. But I feel this was a pretty good run.
The developers of my favorite Indy game, Gish, are holding contests all this month as they unveil some challenging new levels for the game. If you can complete the level challenges and/or follow them on Facebook/YouTube, you have a chance of winning a GameCom 777 headset!
P.S., Chronic Logic has a special now where you can buy Gish for whatever you think it's worth!

Level 2 - "Gears, Gears, and Really Hot Pipes!"
You make me wish I was more consistent flinging like that at the start of the level. At least I'm glad you didn't use the shaft above the gear, because then I'd be really humiliated!
