a good video - very informative and shows what good help can do.

@updbiffos usually larger aircrafts do have a wheelchair accessible space near the front of each cabin section. At least that's what I've seen in the past. The space right behind the wall dividers will usually have mounts for baby crib tables and fewer seats to allow for wheelchairs.

should be a gap cleared to allow wheelchair to go on board and let the person sit in comfort, i am a wheelchair user and i find it horrible been pulled and tugged around the place especaly when you can't help them at all. i have arthrogryposis

They should put the person on first and take them off first. :) Once I had to be moved into a aile wheelchair with had so many strap, the ones were they have an X formed with the belts would have been quicker to do, but they had this one with a bunch of straps that go from left to right etc. it was like whearing a brace that goes almost all the way up your chest. It was odd. The cool thing was getting to pick a seat early, and I picked a seat that some guy wanted and he got mad :) to bad. lol!

Wow he must have a very low injury! I'm a c6 complete and when I use those aisle chairs if they don't use shoulder straps I fall off the chair sideways. Usually airlines also board you before everyone else! It's a lot easier that way because there are no other people to get caught on when getting you to your seat.

Hi, I am a T7 with a brachial plexus right hand (tetra arm). Ryanair tend to put you on last and off last.
