@twistedreeds Actually, this is real anti-lag. The "anti-lag" you're talking about is for drag racing and is only a timing lock coupled with a little enrichment. The actual anti-lag like this was developed for rally and road race use to eliminate lag from lifting the throttle to decel, shift, etc.

this is not antilag you dumb ass, its just back firing, antilag is when you hold the gas down the whole way to the floor and it works as a rev limiter while holding the boost so you dont get turbo lag off the line

You know, the reason I asked Deeno, Ive seen several non US spec manifolds with brass tubing run into them...a shop owner years ago informed me that these were added to dump extra fuel into the manifold to aid the anti lag. I thought that was crazy, and the tubes pointed out were emissions related. Im more curious about how it works, if thats even your vehicle. Thanks

Sorry mate, I missed your first comment.. Anyway, as far as I know the SAS (Secondary air system) is meant to be used to lower emissions, but, it can be munipulated to add air into the manifold along with some unburnt fuel via retarded timing (I think?) and obviously with the heat in the manifold it will pop and bang, the set-up on this video is very, very mild as I want my turbo to last!! Look at this..
