i Have too 9500GT my Video Resoluiton is 1280x1024 and on Max Settings, and No lag =P

Yes I am sure you can because I just bench marked RE5(all max settings w/ no AA, 1024x768) on my comp but haven't had time to actually play it yet, I got 25-40fps. My setup is almost the same as yours, 9500gt, intel core 2 duo 1.8ghz, 4gb ram!

You should've bought at least a 9600GT. But yes you can run newer games fine. :)
I've bought MW2 and it also runs well on my 9500GT
1024x768
All settings maxed except the soften smoke
