@cowbaogun that's like the normal amt to use. you go to any takeaway chinese food shops and order a fried rice, they'd probably use like 4 times the oil.

炒飯は、油 卵 米の順番で入れる必要があります。
卵で米をコーティングしてやって、その間に油を通すイメージです。そうしないと米が直接油を吸ってギトギトになります。レタスも、最後にいれないと歯ごたえがなくなります。
多分素人の人だと思うんですが、工程と手順に無駄が多いし意味がわからない作業が多いですね。
