If you twist a "twist" first into the empty glass it'll coat the inside of the glass with lemon oil minimizing the foaming. Then soak cube like prev poster recommended with bev nap. Pour champagne. Then top with another twist or orange zest at the end. Btw, it foams much more and w/ thicker foam using 'real' champagne.
