My countrymen, let us walk in to the future and be civilized. Let us pay for what used to be free, but get nothing in return, that is the clever European way. First, pay for parking at the illegaly and unconstitutionaly contructed Mall, then for parking in the city center, then in front of your own house. Believe me that is exactly how it goes, thats what they do in Europe. What next? Tax for breathing air? Sit on the bench fee? Walk your dog fines? This will be great for civic culture for sure!
