because of her i knew about CF and that stuck with me and then years later unexpectedly dated a man for a short time with the disease

she also struggled with some issues i dealt with too and i really liked her, true individual

u will be missed

Music is great, lyrics are lovely, and for someone who related with Frankie because of Real World, i'm very pleased that she got back to where she needed to be and she had an incredible time LiVinG. Pictures of her life after that are of success ;)

This is really sad... I have a 3 year old with Cystic Fibrosis and it just kinda brings you back to reality of the disease and it's just so sad.

To VillageLiberty... Mucus does not form in your brain and the life expectancy is not 21. Frankie smoked cigarettes which is the worst possible thing you could do to or around a person with cystic fibrosis. I believe that was why Frankie died so young.

she died from cystic fibrosis- its a genetic disease- but it is fatal - mucus forms in your lungs and sometimes your brain- average lifespan is 21 years to live- i think she was like 22. its really sad- she was one of the coolest characters of the real world

I personally knew frankie, and obviously you didnt. she had been living with this about her whole life..she saw the world differently than most did. she knew she was going to die. there was no preventing it. so she lived her time here how she wanted to, doing what made her happy. she liked to smoke. she enjoyed it. i have respect for her to just accept what she was going through and do what made her happy anyways other than wasting her time doing things that make no difference.
